In Roman mythology Janus is the god of beginnings and endings. January, in fact, is named after him. (He is also the god of gates and gateways, which may be why we like him so much.) Janus is often depicted with two faces — one looking forward and one looking back.

We find this time of year brings out the Janus in us — reflecting on the past year’s joys, victories and lessons and pondering the year to come. Truely, we have much to be grateful for and lots of exciting things to look forward to.

Check out our 2008 review to get all the details. We look forward to sharing many more stories and updates with you in the coming year.

From your friends at Pomegranate Center, Happy New Year and many thanks for your support.
