Celebrating unity among the diverse cultures of the Pacific Rim

The second in a series to connect sister cities around the Pacific Rim, this park was designed and built by architecture students from the United States, Mexico, Russia and China. Its centerpiece is a pearl fountain surrounded by tile images representing the Rim’s four quadrants—symbolizing unity among the diverse cultures comprising the Pacific Rim. The park is frequently used for weddings, picnics and other gatherings.
